Dispute Resolution Process

Step 2: Management Review
Unresolved issues escalate to our operations management team for comprehensive review and resolution recommendations within 10 business days.
Step 3: Formal Mediation
If necessary, disputes proceed to formal mediation through Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) following Filipino Alternative Dispute Resolution procedures.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in courts located in Davao City, Philippines, where ReachElite Marketing Agency is headquartered.
